Carlos Is Moving on to Colorado |

This is true. I am. I am moving to Colorado to continue my education, get my Masters of Fine Arts, maybe some communications and dabel a little bit in some foreign languages. Also to join my beautiful girlfriend as she becomes a pediatric nurse, enjoy the beauty of nature and continue to see what life has in store for me. The mountains, the fresh air and of course snowboarding and camping in the midst and awe of the mountains. Someplace where an artist's mind and nature lover can wonder and grow. I love the web design and will continue to pursue this, but I also love a balance of nature and the world around. It is bittersweet for me. I get to move to a beautiful place and grow, but have to leave a great company. I have gotten to know my cattle teammates, fellow employees and have had a great chance to meet and talk to the great customers of EDJE. We have had some fun times. I would like to thank everyone who I have had the chance to meet both at EDJE and the customers of EDJE. EDJE is a great company and continues to strive and excel on the cutting "edje" of design and technology.
Thank you to all for the experience and the best of luck in your futures.

EDJE Technologies is saddened by the passing of Roy Wallace on Jan. 20. The influence of Roy Wallace on the beef cattle industry spans over 40 years. He spent his entire working life in the pursuit of producing better beef cattle through improved genetics.
Roy Wallace was a visionary, a thinker, a teacher, a mentor, a cattleman and a friend. He loved good cattle, but more importantly, he loved the people that he had the opportunity to work with. He left a big footprint on the beef industry. He will be missed by so many.
In memoriam: Roy Wallace 1944-2008 ( View the link above on Select Sires' website for more on Roy and his legacy. ) |

Auctions can work for you whether you are a seller or a buyer!
Do you have valuable assets to sell? Implement an aggressive marketing plan and send the message to all interested buyers that you are motivated and eager to sell and using the Auction Method. Give notice to buyers that you are willing to consider their offers. Create an exciting atmosphere where buyers compete as they raise their bids to own the assets you have for sale turning them into CASH! Want to buy at auction? Have the peace of mind knowing you are bidding “True Market Value” as you bid “your price” for an asset. Bid with confidence and know the seller is motivated and openly willing to consider your offers. Your worries of being a “Sly & Seasoned Negotiator” or having to “Out Maneuver” the seller are laid to rest. For more information visit: http://www.stanrich.net/ |

Congratulations to Hill Country Cattle Company for winning December's Design of the Month.
The cattle in Hill Country Cattle Company's herd are selected for soundness first, followed by cow family and production. They strive to produce cattle that will perform in all segments of the industry, whether it is the commercial or seed stock producer as well as the show ring. They feel that by selecting cattle that are sound from the ground up and mating them to bulls that are commercially and purebred approved, we can produce a product to better the industry. Hill Country Cattle Company enjoys showing their cattle and competing with other breeders and use this as a tool to measure where we are in the breed, as well as a valuable marketing avenue. Jones Enterprises LTD |

Jones Enterprises Ltd. family roots go back to the tall pine trees of Arkansas. Lured by the lush timberlands of East Texas, the family migrated to Texas in the 1920's. Sawmilling was a family operation for many years, but C.S. (Shorty) Jones had an entrepreneurial spirit that gave him the optimism to venture into dairy farming in East Texas, Peanut farming in North Texas and Oklahoma, oil wildcatting in West Texas, and ranching in the hill country of Southwest Texas. No matter what the activity or the degree of success; the guiding motive behind his business dealings was to treat his fellow man fairly and with respect. Personal integrity was high on his list of priorities. His family continues to operate with the same ideals.
Established in 1972 by C.S. Jones, Jones Enterprises Ltd.. is still a family-owned partnership with timber and ranching interests. We manage timber lands in East Texas, and we are also involved in buying and selling tracts of timber. Ranching in the hill country provides an opportunity to raise cattle and crops. I hope you take the time to visit Jones Enterprises Ltd. and drop them a line if you are interested in East Texas timberland! |
